For those looking to take their ski's performance to the next level, our Standard Stone Grind is a great place to start.

This service includes a belt flattening of your bases, a stone grind to re-introduce structure, edge sharpening, and an IR wax.

If you're an avid skier or snowboarder who's never experienced the joy of a fresh stone grind, we highly recommend it. This process begins by running your skis or board through out belt grinder to remove imperfections in your bases like small scratches and scuffs. From there, your smoother, flatter bases will be run once through our stone grinder to introduce a diagonal cross hatch structure to your base, which helps whisk moisture away from the bottom of your skis. Not only does the end result look cool, but it produces a feeling that can only be described as "velvety" as you glide across the snow. It's a feeling that's far superior to a simple wax.

With your bases freshly restructured, we sharpen and polish your side edges and add a layer of wax with our infrared waxing machine, making your skis feel like new again.
